Extremely upset that we paid extra to have a balcony and ocean view… ocean view is a joke there is a two large building blocking the views and over grown trees. Do not stay here if you actually want to see the ocean. Very upset.. this is on the top floor. Only positive!! The bartender was super friendly and fun to chit chat with!

I checked in back in November for a quick weekend getaway but to my displeasure found that the room had not been cleaned AT ALL !! There was hair scattered about in the shower and even dirty prints on the pillows and sheets! we were told several times by Hotel staff that it would be cleaned and never was we didn't even get basic maid service!! Upon check out we ended up speaking to a manager who agreed to give us a full refund that I have yet to receive from this property. I would not recommend staying here it was completely unacceptable

Worst Place we've been to. Dirty Hotel, unfriendly staff. They didn't clean the room before we checked in. We had garbage under the bed, confetti on the floor and stickers on the ceiling in our room. In addition there were black stains on the sheets, the mirror was smeary, the chair so dirty we couldn't sit on it. The coffee maschine and the floor were dirty as well. Have a look at the pictures. The receptionist was very unfriendly and didn't help. They only "cleaned" the room on the second day after we have asked for it four times! And it was still not clean, the stickers we're still on the ceiling. The manager told us they would refund us 50% of the price because so many things went wrong during our stay. Still waiting for our money! They don't answer to our E-Mails anymore.

Manager was EXTREMELY rude to an elderly couple in the lobby in front of everyone, when I was checking out. I felt so bad for them. Nothing gets done to address these types of issues and she should lose her job. But nothing will be done. So hopefully you, the customer, will read this review and not stay here. There are lots of other options in the the area. **To the Choice Hotels team that see this - You wouldn't appreciate being treated like this manager treats your customers. What if that was your parents being talked down to and embarrassed? Take it personal and how would you feel?

Nice hotel, except having to use the microwave in the lobby , I sworn I ordered a room with all the appliances , asked to have the room cleaned at least take out the trash and no one ever came , my guess is they thought we were leaving the next morning anyway so just decided not to come . Did not have towels upon arrival we had to go down to the lobby instead of them bringing them up. They only have valet parking we basically had no choice so they took the whole deposit , wish I had paid more attention to what hotel parking I was getting myself into to! The shower head was very shallow and couldn’t be adjusted. And the bar was barely ever opened never seen a bartender the whole 5days we stayed .

The staff was warm and welcoming. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. Nice pool area, and a restaurant and bar on site and the food was so good! The beach and a few restaurants options are across the street. Night life and shops within walking distance. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

Loved our 2 night stay. Our roo. Was clean and very nice, but another in our group had a room that smelled like cigarettes. Hot tub and pool are great amenities and their bar had good happy hour deals!
